Thammasat University General English Test (TU-GET)
The TU-GET is a test of English language proficiency required for Thammasat University’s undergraduate and graduate students. Interested people may take the test to measure their competency in English language use.
Currently there are two types of TU-GET: TU-GET Paper-based (PBT) and TU-GET Computer-based (CBT).
The TU-GET (PBT) is a test of English language proficiency required for those wishing to enroll in Thammasat University at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Interested people may take the test to measure their competency in English language use.
The TU-GET (Computer-based Test/CBT) is a new version of TU-GET. TU-GET (CBT) consists of FOUR main parts: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing. With the total score of 120, each part is worth 30 points. Scores that test-takers obtain from TU-GET (CBT) can be equated with TOEFL (iBT) scores. Both a TU-GET score and a TOEFL (equivalent) score will be shown on a score report.
