Student benefits can be viewed here.

Your seat number will be announced about 1-2 days before the test date. You can check it in advance on the application website under the “Location and Seat Number” section.

You won’t need to print test tickets; you can see your seat number again at the test center.

All test takers (including students) can wear appropriate casual attire.

For the on-site exam, prepare your ID card, a 2B pencil, an eraser, and a pen. You can bring other belongings and place them under your seat.

It takes about 5-7 days to grade TU-GET CBT scores. After that, you can see your score on the application website, and the score report will be sent by mail.

The first score report will be mailed only; you can’t pick it up in person. If you need it urgently, request a new score report for 50 baht per copy.

We will send the score report to all applicants by registered mail to the address provided in the system. Make sure your address is correct. If you don’t receive the score report and it hasn’t been returned, you have to request a new one.

To get a new or additional score report, visit LITU counter at Rangsit or Tha Prachan, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm (except on public holidays and institute announcements).

It costs 50 baht per new score report, payable through QR code scanning. You can pick it up immediately, and someone else can request it for you. If you can’t come in person, make a request on the application website, and the staff will process it within 24 working hours.

If you have questions about your scores or want to verify them, email tuget@litu.tu.ac.th or call 087-972-7755.

Usually, we don’t offer refunds for test registration fees unless there are extraordinary circumstances like an epidemic or unforeseen events. In such cases, we’ll arrange for rescheduling or refunds and communicate this in advance.

You can change your test session within the same test date, but you can’t switch to a different test date or change the test taker’s name.

If you apply for the wrong test type, you won’t be eligible for a refund; you’ll need to reapply for the correct test.

HR or organizations interested in holding TU-GET PBT tests to measure the English proficiency of their employees can register your interest so that staff can contact you for test arrangement recommendations.
